When the Essex House opened in 1931 it was the tallest tower in New York. While today it may be flanked by taller structures, its Art Deco facade continues to draw attention.

Jumeirah Essex House has rooms overlooking New York's famed Central Park. The hotel, which recently completed a $90 million renovation, is situated between Sixth and Seventh Avenues in the heart of Manhattan on Central Park South.

Popular attractions such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Times Square, Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall and Lincoln Center are all within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel has 515 luxury rooms and suites with rates starting at $250/night (from $325 for Central Park views).
