Eco-Friendly Meetings at Kimpton Hotels

In response to a growing demand for green meeting facilities, Kimpton Hotels began offering EarthCare meeting services.

Every Kimpton hotel now offers the following features: US sourced bottled water; water served in reusable glassware; meeting notepads, coasters and napkins made from 100% recycled paper.

Meeting planners can opt for paperless distribution of proposals, menus and banquet event orders.

Organic tea is available at all coffee stations, plastic or wood stirrers are eliminated and replaced with reusable spoons; styrofoam or disposable cups are eliminated and replaced with reusable cups and mugs; lunches are packaged in recycled paper bags or bio-pak boxes.
