Thanks to Nintendo's custom-designed Wii console at the The Westin St. Francis health club, getting a workout has gone high-tech.

Fun and entertaining, the Wii console lets you choose from 40 yoga, aerobics, strength training and balance activities. You can also test your skills at tennis, golf and bowling.

The Westin St. Francis 4,600 square foot health club also offers spa treatment rooms, great for a quick massage after a workout.
